Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain robust, confidential documentation of sessions and patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to share insights and enhance treatment approaches while participating in ongoing cultural competency training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be directly working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, particularly those from marginalized communities, to address a spectrum of mental health issues. Your role is integral in ensuring these individuals receive tailored care that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, focusing on culturally responsive practices.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
