Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure an integrated approach to comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care.

Qualifications\n
