Work Environment

The outpatient office setting at Move One Physical Therapy in Fairfax, Virginia, is designed to foster collaboration, comfort, and efficiency. As a Physical Therapist, you will work Monday to Friday with potential weekend availability, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take responsibility for a range of key tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to identify their specific therapy needs.
• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate recovery, which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and balance training.
• Integrating patient education into every treatment session, providing guidance on injury prevention, and fostering home exercise programs.
• Documenting patient progress and adapting treatment protocols based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements.
• Participating in departmental meetings and case discussions to enhance care delivery and share best practices with colleagues.
• Participating in cost management and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the clinic by supporting staff management and resource allocation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
