Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our dynamic Rehabilitation Center, which features a well-equipped gym, private treatment rooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing and rehabilitation. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to recognize patient goals and needs, establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring adequate time for personalized attention and care.
• Utilize your orthopedic outpatient care experience to implement effective treatment strategies, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Employ cost-effective treatments to enhance patient mobility, focusing on reducing reliance on medications and promoting non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop and adjust care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment methodologies tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that address specific patient health challenges.
• Execute quality, evidence-based interventions for improved patient outcomes, demonstrating mastery of therapeutic techniques.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout their treatment process, helping them achieve optimal functioning and recovery.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing patient strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and maintain open lines of communication with patients and colleagues.
• Accurately document all patient care services and interventions in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Strive Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California (CAA) without any disciplinary actions on record.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and patient-specific exercise program development.
• Experience in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as WebPT effectively.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice in physical therapy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
