Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans incorporating solution-focused and evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful and personalized treatment sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with strict regulatory standards, including HIPAA, ensuring client privacy at all times.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in peer review and case consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic approaches and overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a vast array of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges. You will cater to a diverse demographic, offering culturally competent care that respects and honors each client's background and individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
