Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans in line with individual recovery goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and exercise regimens to implement effective rehabilitation strategies for orthopedic and sports medicine cases.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to monitor treatment efficacy, adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing assessment results.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on proper techniques and strategies to enhance recovery and minimize the risk of re-injury.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service by cultivating strong relationships with patients, ensuring that their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to clinic goals through high levels of patient satisfaction and effective utilization of therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work predominantly with orthopedic patients, encompassing a variety of conditions and demographics. This includes adolescents engaging in sports, adults recovering from injuries, and older adults addressing age-related musculoskeletal issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping diverse patient populations achieve pain relief, regain mobility, and enhance their overall functional abilities, ultimately helping them return to their everyday activities and passions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current, valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear instructions to both patients and their families.
• Skilled in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital resources for patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary evidence-based practice guidelines that enhance patient outcomes in physical therapy.
• Previous engagement in multidisciplinary practice environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
