Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, ensuring personalized treatment plans are implemented effectively.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups. This includes employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater primarily to individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health care. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is required.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with demonstrated expertise in mental health therapy.
• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice is necessary.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
