Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to recognize mental health disorders, employing diagnostic tools and interview techniques to gather comprehensive patient histories.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans after close collaboration with patients and relevant caregivers, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide interventions and therapies.
• Manage and prescribe appropriate psychotropic medications, routinely monitoring patient responses, adjusting dosages, and providing ongoing medication education.
• Deliver therapeutic services including psychotherapy, employing various methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at enhancing coping strategies and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to streamline patient care, ensuring that all aspects of patient treatment are cohesive and holistic.
• Educate patients and families about mental health, treatment pathways, resources, and effective self-management strategies, fostering understanding and resilience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient progress reports, including documentation of treatment outcomes and symptom changes in compliance with clinical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits
