Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify appropriate treatment modalities.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support clients through their recovery.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions where patients can process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing service effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals who have experienced trauma, including those diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role will involve supporting these clients in a safe, nurturing environment where their healing is prioritized, and where their unique experiences are validated and understood.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: Must possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
