Dynamic Sous Chef & BOH Lead (All Shifts)

Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking a talented Sous Chef (Back of House Supervisor) to elevate our restaurant experience at the Chicago club. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure recipe consistency, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The position requires availability 8am-4pm and 2-11pm, with weekends and holidays.
