Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to better support their mental health journeys.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately evaluate client diagnoses and needs.

• Create, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans in compliance with company policies.

• Facilitate a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, family counseling, marriage therapy, and group therapy, depending on your expertise and interests.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including case notes and treatment plan updates, to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental and behavioral health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, which reflects your expertise and dedication to therapy.
