This remote position offers a flexible work setting that combines the advantages of home with professional collaboration through virtual platforms. You will have the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our outpatient team, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals, all dedicated to delivering comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, incorporating a mix of clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidenced-based practices that address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments.

• Collaboratively create and implement effective treatment plans grounded in best practices and tailored to each client's specific challenges and ambitions, ensuring measurable goals are in place.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, supporting clients undergoing acute mental health crises, and linking them to appropriate resources for safety and recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, contributing to their understanding of coping strategies and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, upholding ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practice, including upholding client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Demonstrate cultural competence by sensitively addressing the needs of clients from varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care approaches, ensuring the overall well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling or related field, preferably focusing on outpatient therapy.
