Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical mental health services, including individual and group therapy sessions, rooted in a person-centered approach.
• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans based on continuous assessments of client needs.
• Support clients in building critical life skills, such as coping strategies and effective communication techniques, to enhance their daily functioning.
• Assist in establishing and managing individual service plans that guide and document each client’s progress.
• Educate clients about available community resources and serve as an advocate to help them access these services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on working with adults who may experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. This diverse population may require tailored interventions and continuous support to thrive within their communities. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• No disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient in leveraging telehealth technologies to conduct remote therapy sessions and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering direct clinical mental health services, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A proven ability to formulate and implement effective treatment strategies for diverse mental health issues.
