Work Environment

This role is predominantly remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home while effectively managing your time and work-life balance. Counselors meet with clients via telehealth, engaging in meaningful sessions designed to promote psychological well-being with a holistic view of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to evaluate client needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to create customized client experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance each client's treatment process.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation that adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring the protection of client confidentiality and rights.
• Commit to ongoing education by participating in workshops and training that expand your knowledge and skills in the mental health field, thus enhancing our team's overall competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. We prioritize understanding each client's unique experiences, providing culturally competent care that respects their backgrounds and personal stories.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services in a mental health setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices, ensuring compliance and best practices in all client interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
