This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own home or preferred workspace. Although you will be working independently, you will frequently collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other therapists. We utilize advanced digital platforms for therapy sessions, enabling seamless communication and collaboration while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Closely monitor the progress of clients throughout their treatment periods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, discussing and developing intervention plans that support the mental health needs of clients.

• Assist in coordinating care with psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients requiring hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

• Identify and implement strategies to prevent behaviors that may hinder the psychological recovery of clients.

• Provide guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, equipping them with strategies to manage behavioral challenges associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
