Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficient in conducting individual and group therapy, with a focus on culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
