Position Overview

Advanced Neuromuscular Physiotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic care to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, Monday through Friday, while delivering high-quality care to patients in a home care setting. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on delivering home care services directly to patients. You'll work in diverse environments, adapting your sessions to patients' home conditions and personal needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes, observing their conditions and gathering relevant medical histories to establish personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise therapy, manual resistance training, and modalities designed to reduce pain and promote recovery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique therapeutic goals, continually adapting as their conditions evolve.
• Accurately track and document each session, monitoring patient progress and making adjustments when necessary based on their feedback and outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on the effective use of therapeutic modalities and best practices for rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other health team members to deliver integrated care, ensuring continuity and coherence in treatment approaches.
• Maintain and enhance professional expertise through participation in ongoing education, training workshops, and industry networking events.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will be centered on providing care to a diverse patient population including children, adults, and seniors recovering from orthopedic issues such as fractures, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain conditions. By focusing on individualized care plans, you will help patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy, allowing you to practice within New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, especially in word processing and data entry.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and work independently in a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in physical therapy, particularly in home care, is beneficial, we welcome newly graduated professionals eager to learn and grow.
• Experience working with orthopedic patients or familiarity with rehabilitation protocols specific to musculoskeletal injuries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
