Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health conditions and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual sessions effectively, ensuring clients feel supported and engaged.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating an ability to respond effectively to urgent situations and maintain client safety.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure compliance with mental health best practices and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will encompass a wide range of individuals, primarily adults, facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize your expertise to guide clients through treatment, fostering resilience and empowering them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Exemplified compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to navigate a busy caseload effectively and efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions or ethical violations on professional standing.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and familiar with virtual therapy methods.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and working with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
