Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in trauma-focused therapeutic practices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficient clinical skills in delivering trauma-focused interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrated through a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
