Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored specifically to each client.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Regularly review and adjust therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adapting strategies as needed to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities, staying current on the latest therapy methodologies and mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field; a Doctoral degree (PsyD) is also welcomed.

• Proven ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships, characterized by trust, empathy, and effective communication.

• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and meet administrative responsibilities.
