Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address the unique needs of patients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they learn to process their trauma experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated, holistic care for all patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
