Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively identify effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and the promotion of resilience, tailoring your approach to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the processing of their trauma and equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and seamless integration of services.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Engage patients and their families in educational sessions about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources available for additional support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, upholding the integrity of patient information.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to strengthen your skill set in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mindful Healing Solutions, you will primarily serve individuals impacted by trauma, including those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Capacity to maintain composure in high-stress situations, ensuring client safety and trust.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology to manage patient information efficiently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly focusing on trauma-focused therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
