You will work primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs and sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments for incoming clients to understand their history and personalize treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, resilience, and empowerment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other professionals to create a comprehensive and integrative care experience for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
