Your work environment will be entirely remote, allowing you to create a comfortable and accessible space for yourself and your clients. Using a telehealth platform, you will connect with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring they receive the support they need anytime, anywhere. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients to identify specific stressors, challenges, and mental health goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to their individual needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as MBSR, to assist clients in stress reduction, relaxation, and the enhancement of their overall well-being.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and building resilience.

• Integrate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, addressing unique mental health concerns to support clients’ overall growth.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic frameworks.
