Work Environment\n

Operating from the comfort of your home, you will engage with clients through our telehealth platform, bringing therapeutic services to families wherever they are. Our flexible work setup is designed to facilitate a healthy work-life balance while ensuring you can deliver effective, high-quality therapy remotely. Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for evening shifts based on client availability and need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their psychological needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques; for example, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to mitigate symptoms and guide clients towards positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to coordinate an integrated approach to treatment, ensuring all aspects of the client’s care are addressed.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to families facing urgent mental health challenges, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, facilitating informed decision-making regarding treatment and resources available in the community.

Qualifications\n
