Work Environment\n

This position will primarily be remote, offering you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your needs. Our outpatient office setup ensures you remain connected with our team through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms, maintaining effective communication and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including the clinical director and other counselors, to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and establish individualized therapeutic goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, providing a supportive space for clients to express their challenges and progress.
\n
• Monitor and document patient progress through detailed charting, ensuring accurate records of therapeutic interventions and client responses.
\n
• Identify clients’ unhealthy behaviors and strategize with them to overcome their addictions and harmful tendencies, enhancing their coping strategies.
\n
• Conduct random drug screenings and facilitate therapy sessions aimed at reinforcing client accountability.
\n
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and fellow staff members to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Manage the intake process and provide referrals to additional services or resources as needed to enhance client care.

• Stay informed on current mental health practices and integrate them into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, addiction issues, and various life challenges. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, you will be instrumental in helping clients recognize their potential for growth and healing in a supportive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work license is required per state regulations (LPC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work within the United States.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism and respect in all client and staff interactions.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing high-pressure situations and maintaining effective communication.

• Fluency in English—speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.

• Good physical and mental health conducive to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
