Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments for new patients, meticulously evaluating their trauma history and identifying tailored therapeutic approaches to promote healing.

• Create and implement comprehensive individualized treatment plans, focusing on resilience-building strategies and trauma recovery methods.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address our clients’ diverse needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care and holistic treatment for all clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive care during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive the attention and care they require.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and developing effective coping strategies, thus enhancing overall support systems.

• Maintain legal and ethical standards through accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
