Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' trauma experiences and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address trauma responses effectively.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop adaptive coping strategies, and encourage emotional healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for a seamless treatment experience.

Qualifications\n
