Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s trauma history and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Providing crisis intervention services and support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

You will primarily work with individuals affected by trauma, particularly those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
