Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video for adults experiencing a wide variety of emotional and mental health disorders.

• Utilize our therapist portal to maintain and update timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices in record-keeping.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create cohesive treatment plans that holistically address client needs.

• Implement automatically administered symptom self-assessments and therapeutic measures to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in regular consultation and training opportunities with the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring a continual learning process and professional development.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active and independent license in the state of Oregon or the state in which you reside, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; holding licenses in multiple states is highly desirable.
