Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing you with the opportunity to create and manage your own therapy schedule, accommodating both your personal and professional commitments. We prioritize a collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork amongst our clinicians while providing ample support through ongoing supervision and regular team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying specific mental health needs and goals.
• Provide targeted clinical interventions based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ensuring holistic care for clients.
• Proactively communicate with team members regarding client assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care strategies through documented meetings and case discussions.
• Deliver case management services, collaborating with community resources and professionals to provide an integrated support network for your clients.
• Ensure timely and ethical completion of clinical documentation to maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for managing a diverse client base that may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will enable you to adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized therapy experience that promotes effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional, specifically as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage a flexible work schedule, with availability to provide 5 to 40 hours of therapy sessions weekly, or more based on your preference.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as it enhances the ability to connect effectively with clients remotely.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including evidence-based practices such as CBT, is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
