Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing proven techniques and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusted to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual engagement or face challenges in accessing in-person services.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of each client's progress, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine your clinical skills and stay current with the latest trends and practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, essential for creating a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, demonstrating empathy towards their experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to successfully manage caseload and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a similar setting providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Previous work with specialized populations is a plus, enabling nuanced treatment approaches.
