This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to formulate detailed treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Provide both teletherapy and in-person therapy options, adapting methods for clients facing accessibility challenges.
• Keep meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a master’s or doctoral degree preferred in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management to balance caseload and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience providing counseling or therapy, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and familiarity with digital documentation tools.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to address a range of mental health concerns.
