The Spring Raze Diagnostic and Counseling Center in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions to manage a variety of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Lead therapy groups focused on skill-building and coping strategies, addressing topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in outreach and community awareness initiatives aimed at promoting mental health education and reducing stigma.
• Document treatment progress and maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals who are underserved in the community and may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. You will work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, each bringing unique challenges and experiences to their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Psychologist) is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling methods and familiarity with brief therapy approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, culturally competent mental health care to all patients.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community health or outpatient environments.
• A background in crisis intervention and handling diverse cases, including high-risk patients.
• Experience engaging in mental health outreach and prevention programs would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
