Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on providing mental health therapy to children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping young individuals navigate their emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience through difficult times.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders specific to children and adolescents, along with a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
