Inside Passage Relationship Counseling is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, documenting findings for accurate treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and more, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Engage clients in their therapeutic journey by collaboratively establishing goals and regularly monitoring their progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide options for teletherapy, accommodating clients’ preferences for in-person or virtual sessions, which opens access to those needing flexibility in scheduling.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seminars to stay informed on the latest trends and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The client base you will serve is diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups seeking support for a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your ability to foster a warm and inviting therapeutic relationship will directly contribute to these clients' healing journeys and overall outcomes.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in mental health principles.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.
• At least two years of relevant experience providing evidence-based therapy in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a caseload, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering telehealth services, with familiarity in using various digital platforms, which will enhance your effectiveness in virtual care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
