Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments that evaluate patient histories and outline a clear path toward recovery.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other therapeutic professionals to ensure integrated care for patients, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive communication.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
