Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand each client’s unique background and current challenges.
• Deliver therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual patient needs, while maintaining consistent documentation through our EHR systems.
• Develop individualized care plans in partnership with clients, focusing on measurable and achievable goals that address their specific mental health concerns.
• Engage in regular coordination with multidisciplinary clinical teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
