Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from home while maintaining direct support for clients through teletherapy. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend appointments as necessary to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately ascertain the mental health needs of clients.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing modalities appropriate to the specific circumstances of clients.

The clientele at Clear Skies Therapy Services is diverse, consisting of individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. As an LPC, you will have the opportunity to work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 annually, complemented by potential bonuses.
