Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain regular sessions with clients, offering therapeutic support and monitoring progress towards their goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote engagement and personal growth.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to document client interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, making referrals when necessary to support comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Understanding the complexities of each client's background and needs will be vital in delivering culturally competent therapy. You will play a crucial role in helping clients build resilience and effectively cope with their mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid mental health counselor license (such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health care.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and their impact on client behavior and life quality.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and conducting culturally responsive therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
