Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' histories and identify effective treatment methods.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that center around trauma recovery, resilience-building, and patient-centric goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and cultivate emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate integrated, comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide immediate, effective crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, ensuring they understand how to navigate through their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders, informed treatment modalities, and resilience-building strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
