Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds who have experienced different forms of trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, especially in trauma-informed care.

• Proven experience providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
