Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and determine personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and holistic healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering patients to process trauma, create effective coping strategies, and promote overall healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• A strong knowledge base regarding trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• The capacity to remain composed under pressure, especially in challenging situations.

Preferred Experience\n
