Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Create and implement tailored therapeutic interventions that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients navigate their trauma experiences, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting overall mental wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and management.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, addressing urgent needs with professionalism and sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
