Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, substance use history, and treatment objectives, facilitating a nuanced understanding of their needs.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practice, to promote healing.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is aligned with the client's goals and adapted as they progress through recovery.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to better support their journey.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals actively seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• An active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally in a setting focused on addiction recovery or mental health.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
