Work Environment

This full-time position requires the therapist to work onsite at our Franklin Lakes facility. Regular interdisciplinary meetings ensure a cohesive approach to patient management, which includes physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, and rehabilitation nurses.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical function and mobility through comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools as well as clinical observation.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each patient's specific orthopedic conditions, medical history, and recovery goals.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nursing staff, and fellow therapists, to deliver integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment modalities, home exercise programs, and strategies to prevent future injuries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on treating a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The therapist will work with patients of all ages, from children to seniors, ensuring that each individual receives comprehensive and empathetic care tailored to their unique recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, emphasizing orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with treatment planning for diverse orthopedic cases.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
