Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the patient's physical status, needs, and personal goals, ensuring a tailored approach to rehabilitation.

• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises aimed at building strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall function.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele suffering from orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy license to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of rehabilitation methodologies.
• Experience and comfort using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to streamline patient care documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
