Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize an automated symptom self-assessment tool, along with functional improvement and goal progress measures, to track clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in timely clinical documentation using a reliable therapist portal designed for streamlined processes, minimizing your administrative workload and maximizing client-facing time.

• Collaborate effectively with the Therapy Leadership Team to access consultation and support whenever necessary, ensuring high-quality clinical oversight.
\n
• Apply the DSM-V standards to accurately formulate mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate established practice guidelines.
\n
• Provide therapy and supportive counseling, utilizing therapeutic models including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Work alongside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches while also building camaraderie with fellow therapists in a growing community.

• Deliver evidence-based care through live video sessions, connecting with adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n
