Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and effective mental health counseling services to adult clients using our telehealth platform.
• Utilize your clinical judgment to assess and develop personalized treatment plans for low-acuity patients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain an active caseload by managing appointment schedules, communications, and follow-up through the platform’s integrated tools.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in continuous professional development through interaction with peers within our expansive network of over 10,000 therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your counseling practice will focus on low-acuity adult clients who generally require support for issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship problems, and grief counseling. Our platform carefully screens all patients, ensuring that you are matched with individuals who fit within your area of expertise. This guarantees that you can provide effective counseling without the complexity of managing severe mental health cases or children.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Possession of a Full Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Florida, free of any disciplinary actions.
• Reliable internet connectivity and the necessary technical equipment, including a computer or laptop, are essential for providing telehealth services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth environment or familiarity with digital mental health tools is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
