Work Environment\n

This position operates in a telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while ensuring access to care for our patients. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, taking into account developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their children’s mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment options.

• Proven experience delivering individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, reflecting a compassionate approach tailored towards the needs of children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
